It is situated in a lovely semi-rural location on Newtown Common - yet it is only 3 miles from the centre of Newbury.
The Hall is 25m x 20m and is very well equipped. It#s perfect for groups, clubs and large family/friends get-togethers and celebrations.
And as can be seen - it also has a lovely outside space for summer functions and social gatherings.
